Andrew studied at Falmouth school of arts and has exhibited extensively across Cornwall, residing in North Cornwall he draws inspiration from the rugged beauty of the Cornish coastline. 

  His creative processes are fuelled by long walks and sketching along the coast, where he seeks to capture the shifting moods of the landscape.

  His bold and dramatic approach using oil paint, acrylic and mix media are designed to evoke emotion. Andrew believes that 'art has the power to awaken feelings, memories, and a sense of wonder and hopes that his paintings can offer a moment of escape and contemplation.

Don Mowat is a self-taught artist from London, he has exhibited work in and around the London area and has his paintings in various collections in Europe, Canada and the U.S.

At the age of nine he was selected to exhibit in a London Schools Art Competition which highlighted the work of talented children in selected age groups, the exhibition toured nationally and was a great success.

  On leaving full time eduaction Don pursued a career with a photographic studio, producing work for many major magazine publications and advertising agencies.  Evening classes, Open University, withdrawing classes and still life genres further stimulated Don's passion for drawing and painting.

  In the 1980's Don rented a stand in the newly rebuilt Hay's Galleria in central London to display and sell his oils, watercolours, one and ink and pencil sketches of a rapidly disappearing London.  Open every Sunafy, in six months everything has been sold, some to local bookshops and restaurants, but many to visitors from all over the world.

  Don became  a member of the Essex Art Club, a group with 150 members that has been active for over 100 years in East London and Essex. During the 1990's he served in the committee as the Exhibition Secretary, responsible for the setting up of the groups exhibitions mainly in central London.

  During the 90's and 00's he concentrated on exhibiting locally and in Albany, U.S, usually in association with various charities.

  Don relocated to Padstow in Cornwall in 2014 and is happily trying to capture the light, air and mood of tenancy constantly changing landscape and the coastline of this diverse county.

Sarah was paralyzed from the neck down after an accident when she was only 18 months old, she says 'life hasn't been simple since but it has been beautiful, and one of the biggest sources of that beauty has been my art'.  She learnt to paint using only her mouth, creating every piece with love, patience and soul.

 Over time, Sarah's artwork has become more than just a way to express herself, it's her dream, her work and her independence. This is just the start for Sarah, with something much bigger to come as she continues to pour everything into her art business to make it thrive.

Charlotte is a local artist based  in Wadebridge, known for her vibrant eclectic approach to contemporary art.  With a background as an illustrator spanning 15 years and a Masters degree in Illustration from Falmouth University of Arts, Charlotte has developed a unique artistic voice that captivates and inspires.

  Her work is characterized by a dynamic mix of media, embracing the full spectrum of colour and texture. Charlotte believes that art should be an immersive experience, which is why she incorporates various materials and elements from her surroundings into her creations.  Nature serves as a continual source of inspiration for her, allowing her to reflect the beauty and nuances of the environment in her art.

  Charlotte's passion for exploring new techniques and her dedication to blending traditional methods with modern theme make her work distinctly captivating.  Her recent pieces have garnered attention for their innovative use of colour and materials, inviting viewers to engage with the artwork on multiple levels.

  In her practice, Charlotte aims to not only create visually stunning pieces but also to foster a connection between the viewer and the environment. Through her art, she tells the stories of the world around her, encouraging others to see the beauty in everyday moments and the vibrant life that surround us.

I am interested in distance and the spaces between, things that are lost in dark corners or hidden in plain view.  The forgotten, misplaced and the unconscious, the spaces where the dust of memories lies.

  Christina draws inspiration for her painting from her wondering in the dramatic landscape of Bodmin Moor and the elemental weather she experiences in the high places of Cornwall.

Kim is fortunate to live in the enchanting North Cornwall, right on the edge of the breathtaking Bodmin Moor. This picturesque are is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, where the wild, rugged landscapes of the moors meet the serene charm of the local woodlands. These diverse environments serve as a wellspring of inspiration for her artistic creations allowing her to capture the essence of nature in her work.

  While she draws from the moors and woodlands, her true passion lies with the sea and all of its captivating elements. Kim makes it a point to visit the beaches regularly, immersing herself in the coastal atmosphere to spark new creative ideas for her artwork. 

 Each of her paintings is a unique, original piece, with no reproductions made, reflecting her personal vision and connection to the world around her. She explores various artistic mediums, but she primarily focuses on acrylics, which allows her to express her vibrant interpretations of the landscapes and seascapes that inspired her.

The son of a Baptist preacher, JJ Adams emigrated as a child from Plymouth to Cape Town in South Africa in the early eighties. At college he studied graphic design and found his inspiration whilst working as an apprentice at 'Wildfire Tattoos' in central Cape Town, he eventually returned to the UK in 1998 where he furthered his interest at Plymouth College studying Art and Design.

He worked as a freelance graphic designer and sign maker before finally braking into fine art, he uses a range of mixed media in his work ranging from spray paint, hand painted acrylics, screen printing and digital matte painting and photography and has quickly become one of the UK's most talked about artists.

In the early 80's Nick moved to the beautiful village of Great Bowden, in the heart of Leicestershire his interest in Landscape painting was fuelled by the beauty of his new homestead.

  Nick paints mainly in acrylics and acrylic inks, loving their versatility and quick-drying properties. He also employs various mixed media techniques and textures and is known for variety of painting styles.

   He now lives yards from the sea in Embleton on the fantastic Northumberland coast, where again he takes his inspiration from his surroundings. Painting in his garden studio listening to audio books, as he cannot paint without them, they are as much of the painting process as the paint or canvas.

Inspired by the coastal changes of the sea and landscapes Nick captures the ever changing moods and the the power of nature, through quickening appearing clouds to the force of the sea, breaking over rocks to gently brushing the sands. He endeavours to evoke emotion, celebrating his love for the wildness and the beauty of his surroundings whilst continuing to witness the external battle between the sea and the land.

Nick captures a nocturnal view of an ebbing tide revealing the landscape underneath, moored boats and advantageous birds swooping in to get their full before the sea reclaims it's place.

Linda Charles studied textiles and fashion at university and her background is evident throughout her work, whether it be with heavy texture, using multiple forms of mixed media including gold and silver leaf or simply the patternation in her artwork.

  More recently it her sell out Pulp 're-imagined' collection that have highlighted her dexterity with a paintbrush, where she combines elements of famous hits, artists and lyrics with the look and feel of old paperback books.

  with a career spanning over 25 years, she continues to use her vast experience enjoying exploring new techniques and mediums to produce striking collections.

Using her unique style Linda Charles takes the Iconic film poster from the 1991 Hollywood blockbuster 'Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves' and blends it with the lyrics from the Grammy award winning theme song 'Everything I Do (I Do It For You)', remembered for the legendary love between Robin Hood and Maid Marian along with his fight for justice and equality this is a must half for all film lovers.

Incorporating two Hollywood icons in the multi award winning 1995 film 'Back To The Future' and multi Grammy award winning singer/song writer Bilie Eilish, with a blend of Billie's lyrics from her song 'My Future' from her 2021 studio album 'Happier Than Ever' one for film and music lovers everywhere.

Dale Bowen was born in Staffordshire in 1963, and now paints from his studio in Dorset, he studied art at Newcastle college and is also a master potter . He worked for Wedgewood for over 15 years working in the Prestige Department, there he made many one-off pieces for commissions and the collectors market with some fetching over £100,000.

  When painting he likes to use a variety of mediums, feeling the need to experiment and master as many methods as possible. He works from rough sketches or photographs as a varied approach allows for more a creative approach, even observations and conversations act as a source for the process.

   Although working in the clay industry for so long Dale says it's the joy of painting that is his first love, and the reason why he keeps returning to the canvas.
